Delete your account

You can delete your Dough account. Sunday Company Group LLC (doing business as Dough) keeps only the records listed below. Deletion cannot be undone. The same email can create a new account later; the old account is not restored.

In the app

1. Open Dough and go to Settings.
2. Under Danger Zone, open Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Privacy Settings opens the same screen.

If you no longer have the app

Email hello@godough.co from the address on the account. We reply within a few business days.

What is deleted

• Your login
• Name, email, and other personal details on the account and profile
• Date of birth and gender
• Uploaded photos and receipt images (removed by an automated process, normally within minutes)
• Palate embeddings and personal notes on saved and tried products
• Payout identities, unless a sent or paid payout still has to name them

What we keep, no longer linked to your identity

• Product ratings and comparisons, which still count toward aggregate product scores
• The five-year birth-year band (an age range, not a date)
• Saved-product records with the note removed
• Taste weights on the profile

What we keep for fraud prevention

A phone number used for payouts may remain in a fraud-prevention registry so it cannot be reused to claim another payout.

What we keep for accountability

• The consent log
• Payout records
• A deletion record with counts and no personal information

When the app cannot delete it

If your login runs a brand workspace or approved a mission, the app leaves the account unchanged and asks you to contact hello@godough.co. Nothing is deleted until that is resolved.
